A government's government secret operative force created by military leader, General AX. Originally known as Project AX-13, this project consisted of a group of 13 highly skilled and inhuman young members created to investigate and control abnormal/inhuman activities and events. Due to conflicts unknown, Project AX is now defunct.
A government/nation based in India, created by "Dark Angels" (aka Fallen Angels of the Lost Angels Race) and emancipated from the Lost Angels. Although in treaty with neighboring countries and other races, they secretly plan to erradicate the Lost Angels and opposing governments of the world.

 A Government group monitoring the Gangi Federation, created 50 years ago when the Gangi signed a treaty with the nation and built consulates around the world.
An experimental project lead by Doctor Albert Marionnette of the Gangi Federation, that created ultimate fighting soldiers known as Artificial Angels, hence the project name.

 The largest Corporation in Neotropolis with branches all over the world. Specializing in property ownership, weapons research, cloning research, etc. Family run and owned for over 150 years. Current President and CEO is Benjamin Burberry.
